Hey there, I’m Liyah!
I’m a licensed massage therapist and the founder of The Body Healing Studio, a tranquil sanctuary serving clients in Littleton and Westminster, Colorado.
I started this journey because I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel whole—whether it’s relieving pain, creating a space for deep relaxation, or teaching others to bring that same care to their work. For me, bodywork is about more than just physical relief; it’s about connection, intuition, and treating the body as a whole. When we do that, incredible things happen.
healing starts here
At The Body Healing Studio, I bridge the gap between simple relaxation and targeted treatment. While spas focus on calm and chiropractic offices focus on specific areas, my approach combines movement, connection, and deep relaxation to restore balance to the entire body. We don’t rush the process. With longer massage sessions, I focus on your areas of concern and gradually connect that healing to the rest of your body—like a full-system reset. It’s more than a quick fix; it’s a complete, rejuvenating experience in a welcoming, tranquil space where you can feel truly cared for.
In addition to massage therapy, I created the The Body Healing Academy, a two-day, in-person training program for licensed professionals. Designed for massage therapists, estheticians, doulas, and beauty professionals, this course teaches effective massage techniques that seamlessly enhance existing skill sets. The academy is about elevating bodywork, fostering deeper client connections, and treating the body as the interconnected system it is.
Whether I’m working hands-on with clients or teaching other professionals, my mission remains the same: to help people move better, feel better, and reconnect with themselves. At The Body Healing Studio, healing happens when we treat the body as a whole—and I’m here to help guide that process.
